I was just wondering if anybody could possibly help me out; any assistance would be greatly appreciated.


Yesterday, I ordered three tickets from Ticket Disco (through the Pacha website) for Swedish House Mafia on Monday 09 August 2010. I never received the email with the tickets attached, like I did for the tickets I ordered for David Guetta in June, and the link in the text doesn't work either.


I've sent Ticket Disco two emails through their 'Contact Us' facility and two identical emails directly using the email address they provide on the website. I've also attempted to phone them at various points yesterday and today, both inside and outside of the office hours they provide. I had no response via either method.

Here's what it says on the website regarding tickets:

"Ticketsdisco.com now allows you to download the ticket directly to the cellphone, PDA or similar device. The ticket is encoded in a 2D code like the figure shows. This code is received through a wap link present in a text message (SMS) you receive if you mark the appropriate box during the checkout process, but can also be downloaded using any Internet browser by following the link received by email. The code is an image file that you download via USB, Bluetooth, IrDA etc. and save to a folder on the mobile device and then display it on the screen to pass control of ticket box. You can also make a photo directly from your computer's display if the device has a medium-high quality camera. If you purchased more than one ticket all have the same code and the reader will automatically deduct each. The ticket by email as a pdf document will also be send as usual."


As aforementioned, this link doesn't work and I never received the ticket by email as a pdf document, like I did for my David Guetta ticket last month.

Here is further information on the website regarding tickets:


"Whenever you make the payment the system will send you an email with the attached tickets in pdf format. If you do not receive your tickets within one hour contact webmaster of the site by email or phone cause probably you have some problems in your email or in the registration."

It has been over 24 hours now, hence the reason for my apprehension.

try reaching the website or pacha again, and if that fails, how did you pay? maybe try to call back the credit card payment.

but please dont email james, he really cant do anything about this i think.

Yeah, I've sent an email to Pacha through their website too.

Paid via Visa Debit. I'll give it another 24 hours so there has been a full working day.

Well thanks for the suggestions anyway.

Like I said I'll wait another 24 hours to hear from Ticket Disco and/or Pacha. I'll post once I've heard anything back, just in case somebody else is in the same predicament.
